Becoming a consignor is easy! First, give us a call. We are happy to answer any question you may have right over the phone. If you decide you would like to try consigning, we will set up an appointment for you to bring your items in for review. We only accept seasonal clothing items and please don't be upset if there are a few items that we cannot accept. Our customers preferences must be our guidelines.

WOMAN'S CLOTHING & ACCESSORIES
•Clothing items must be in season, current style, freshly laundered and ironed and brought in on hangers. The hangers will be returned to you at the time the item is accepted.
•Clothing must be odor free, (i.e. mothball, smoke, etc.) unspotted or pilled with buttons and zippers intact.
•The Attic Door reserves the right to donate any items found with spots, broken zippers, missing buttons, holes, etc. if not detected when the item was accepted.
A general guideline for seasonal clothing is:
Spring: February Summer: April Fall: August Winter: October

FURNITURE & HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
?Furniture items must first be approved by The Attic Door either by a viewing of the item or a picture of the item you wish to consign.
?Household items are accepted by appointment.
Items accepted at The Attic Door are: Linens, Lamps, Glassware, Dishes, Florals, Knickknack, Collectables, Ceramics, Books, Pictures and many more items. If you have a question about items you are bringing in, please give one of our sales associates a call.

CONSIGNMENT TERMS
• Items will be kept for 60 days with two 20% reductions.
• Items not picked up by the 60th day become the property of The Attic Door.
• Consignor receives 40% of the final selling price (less sales tax and item fees).
• The consignor will receive 50% of the final selling price (less sales tax and item fees) of items priced over $100.00.
• The Attic Door reserves the right to price items unless otherwise specified by the consignor when items are brought in for review.
